Please note that orders with multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It's possible that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We are unable to return or exchange your purchase when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
